We are pleased to announce that the Serkong Institute for Buddhist Studies is now offering a distance learning program

About

This distance learning program has been created for those who wish to participate in the 4-year program but were unable to attend the first module. While in-person learning is essential for this method of study, this distance learning option serves as a bridge, covering essential material to equip participants for joining subsequent modules in person. 

Distance Learning Schedule

November 27th - February 15th

Join twice-weekly live Zoom sessions: 

Wednesdays: 8:30 pm-10:00 IST (4:00 PM CET / 10:00AM EST)

& Saturdays: 8:30 pm-10:00 IST (4:00 PM CET / 10:00 AM EST)

AND five 1.5-hour classes each week to watch at any time that suits you within the week

The 1st Module Topic is Learning Debate

Class Videos

You will have access to video recordings of live classes held at the Serkong Institute, with five 1.5-hour classes each week that you can watch at any time that suits you within the week. 


Additional optional classes will also be available to help further clarify key points. 

Debate Practice Sessions

Join twice-weekly live Zoom sessions with fellow participants to practice debating skills, guided by a senior student. The debate practice sessions will cover the corresponding material covered from the class videos.
